This simple barrier and antiseptic cream is based on a time tested formula used for decades in European households. It is often used on babies' delicate skin to prevent and treat "nappy rash".
It is easy to apply and not so thick that it is overly sticky, yet leaves a waterproof barrier on the surface of the skin. The added mineral, zinc, has a mild, antiseptic action. Castor oil itself has anti-inflammatory components. Many uses can be found for this versatile cream. Unscented, and free of peanut oil and lanolin.
Similarly effective, yet simple, Zinc and Castor formulas can be easily found in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, but not readily available in the US until now.
Directions: Apply to clean and dry skin.
NOTE: Safe for occasional use with cloth diapers. Liners are recommended with persistent use with cloth diapers.
Pure and natural ingredients: non-GMO castor oil, non-nano zinc oxide (11%), non-GMO coconut oil, beeswax, vitamin E.
- Net Wt.: 4.5 oz

We used up our first tub of this and ordered a second. It goes on easily and wipes off easily and helps with the rashes we have had on our son’s bottom (unless it was a yeast rash).
Thank you for shipping this item so quickly!
I got this initially as a gift, and now in stuck to it! It works really well, it do protect baby skin from rash!
Thanks so much for super fast shipping and a great product!
I've tried every diaper cream out there, my mom gave us a tub to try of the TDNatural zinc and castor oil and it works phenomenal!!! Nice smooth texture, doesn't clump and soaks nicely into skin.
From my first call to the company and prompt reply to message I left, I have been very impressed by TDN will & be recommending them to family and friends.
I have recently returned from living in England for the past 10 years where this excellent product was first given to me by my GP and then purchased at our local pharmacy.
I had tried to buy it locally but was told nothing like it was sold in this country and went online to search for information before having some sent from England. I found a number of listings for it in the US, but contacted TDN after reading the information on their website. I love doing business with small companies and always support them whenever possible.
Robert, who returned my call, was extremely helpful and informative. The shipment was prompt and the product is excellent! I will be sending orders for additional jars of this and look forward to purchasing other items they offer, both for my own usage and as gifts for others in the future.
I'm from the UK and used Boots' zinc oxide/castor oil cream as diaper cream on my baby at every change until I moved to the US when he was 6 months. It's very hard to find over here and although pricier than I'm used to, the quality seems excellent and I like that it's quite thick cream. I always opt for the more simple products for my child and am very keen to avoid the unnecessary fragrances, preservatives etc that are so commonly found in most other diaper creams.
